Chronological History
The following is a list of arrests that occurred after meeting the Ft. Rucker captain. It illustrates how judicial and law enforcement resources were used to manufacture an “armed and dangerous” and increasingly violent personality for Jack Terry.
June 27, 2016: Indicted for being in possession of a hunting knife in Gulfport, Mississippi, for an offense that occurred December 7, 2015. While this offense occurred before meeting the Ft. Rucker captain, this charge was used to manufacture a warrant for possession of two firearms
July 24, 2016: CFS BlackBook met an army captain stationed at Ft. Rucker, Alabama who replied to a CFS ad posted in Craigslist
October 2016: CFS was arrested in Dothan, Alabama on allegations of domestic violence (Sidebar: Marion Nicole Clyburn) and extradited to Gulfport, Mississippi for answer the indictment of being in possession of a hunting knife.
October 13, 2016: charged with possession of two weapons (handguns) out of Gulfport, MS
the indictment that was returned June 27, 2016 should have been dismissed failure to prosecute as a matter of law (Side bar: The Guns)
October 9, 2017: Jack Terry was arrested in South Plainfield, Middlesex County, New Jersey on allegations of domestic violence
October - December 2017: While confined at the Middlesex County jail, Jack Terry was visited by two men who identified themselves as Homeland Security agents. They offered CFS an opportunity to serve as a paid informant to help locate terrorists within the United States. The names and credentials of these two visitors, as well as the exact times of their visits, can be verified through the Middlesex County jail visitors log book for this time frame
December 12, 2017: CFS entered a plea bargain for five years probation in exchange for a guilty plea to terroristic threats, a third-degree crime punishable by up to five years in prison. The original allegations were that a woman was beaten at knife point and held hostage for more than three hours inside a private school while classes were in session in South Plainfield. However, CCTV video from the school proved those allegations to be fabricated and false. (Assistant prosecutor was Keith L. Abrams; Lindsay Gargano, was appointed counsel).
December 12, 2017: the terms of the Middlesex County plea agreement - cooperation with homeland security - was discussed in open court. April 20, 2018; sentenced to five years probation out of Middlesex County. Jack terry was never assigned a probation officer under the judgment of conviction for probation
December 27, 2018: extradited from Phoenix, Arizona to New Brunswick, New Jersey for violating Middlesex County probation
June 19, 2019: sentenced to serve 364 days in the Middlesex County jail for violating probation. Despite his status as an ex‑offender, the 364‑day sentence reflects that Terry was treated as a “first‑time” offender
November 23, 2019: Las Vegas, NV - a white male was in a black masjid attempting to engage Jack Terry in terrorist rhetoric in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident was reported by Jack Terry to the FBI via its tip line website, which resulted in the arrest the white male. The Muslim place of worship was Masjid Sabur. (Sidebar: Las Vegas)
November 9, 2020: charged in Pleasantville, NJ for domestic violence.
Sentence: five years probation out of Atlantic County in exchange for a guilty plea to attempted aggravated assault.
January 27, 2023: sentenced to serve three years state prison for violation of Atlantic County probation
June 29, 2023: resentenced out of Atlantic County to “time served” and released from Bayside State prison, Leesburg, NJ
The week of August 29, 2023: Jack Terry appears in the Atlantic County courthouse (Judge Delury) in support of Monique Thaxton, who is then permitted by the court to enter a guilty plea at arraignment on the indictment and was released from the Atlantic county jail pending sentencing to one year probation
September 15, 2023 - Jack Terry arrested in Galloway, NJ for domestic violence
Sentence: August 28, 2024 - 231 days in jail for unlawful possession of a weapon. The allegations were that Jack Terry, on September 15, 2023, beat a woman at knife point an held her hostage until she was able to send a text message to 911.
This charge was amended to terroristic threats and remanded to the municipal court. This fact can be obtained from the NJ municipal court search website. The Atlantic county charge committed on September 15, 2023 is the charge where it was alleged Terry beat Monique Thaxton at knife point and held her hostage
August 3, 2025: Jack Terry receives a cellphone call from whom he believes to be Ibn Hassan, requesting that Jack Terry retrieve Ibn Hassan’s personal property from the Union county jail and a BMW X5 from a parking garage near the Union county jail
August 4, 2025: Jack Terry gets into a motor vehicle accident with the BMW X5 after leaving the Union County jail parking garage. The responding Elizabeth police officer failed to report the motor vehicle accident. August 19, 2025 - The Toms River police department arrests and was instrumental in causing involuntarily commitment of Jack Terry to the Barnabus Behavioral Health mental health facility on the the allegation that he threatened a volunteer at the Jon Bongiovi kitchen restaurant and that he posed a threat to self proclaimed reverend Donnie Clyburn of the Path of Life Ministries church in Toms River, NJ. Donnie Clyburn is a known child molester who raped his cousin when she was 12 and fathered two children with her before she was 15 years old (Sidebar: Ocean County)
October 11, 2025: arrested in Santa Monica, California for vandalism to a vehicle (Sidebar: Santa Monica)
November 21, 2025: a Venice Beach library security guard steals Terry’s pouch containing his driver’s license, debit cards, etc.
January 3, 2026: arrested in Venice Beach, California for vandalism to a vehicle (Sidebar: Los Angeles) that was driven by a college intern who was enrolled into a real world computer interface class funded by the army under the auspices of David Krum, University of Southam California (USC). This information can be confirmed by obtaining the prosecutors file via the Freedom of Information Act (Case# 26ARCF000475; Case# 25ARCF0024090)
The week of January 26, 2026: Jack Terry reported an attempt to make it appear as if Jack Terry was planning to bomb the Wilshire Western train station in Hollywood, CA via the Homeland Security tip line website (Sidebar: Wilshire Western)
January 28, 2026: Jack Terry recorded an attempt by a court psychiatrist to determine CFS was incompetent to stand trial (Sidebar: Incompetent)
February 3, 2026: Jack Terry arrested by the Los Angeles police department, Pacific Division, and involuntarily committed to the mental health ward at Southern California hospital under the name “Allen Terry”, where surgery to remove a tracking chip from the left side of Jack Terry’s back was performed
March 3, 2026: Jack Terry arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with grave bodily injury
Sentence: May 7, 2026: charged with two counts of vandalizing leased vehicles; and a reduced charge of attempted aggravated assault (swung at at someone and missed) Jack Terry is released after serving 66 days in jail
July 10 -16, 2026: The Toms River police department arrests and involuntarily commits Jack Terry to the Barnabus Behavioral Health mental health facility on the allegation that Jack Terry sent emails to a South Toms River detective (Jack Sayegh) that were “concerning” and that Jack Terry again posed a threat to self proclaimed reverend Donnie Clyburn. While there, Jack Terry is forced medicated and received three injections of an unknown substance in both legs and his left foot (Sidebar: Under Armor)
August 13, 2026: Ocean county library staff participate in a human collision attempt (Sidebar: Library Staff)
August 16, 2026: received hateful text messages attempting to impersonate Monique Thaxton, the estranged wife of Jack Terry (Sidebar: Monique Thaxton)
August 17, 2026: two white men posing as proselytizing christians at the 7-Eleven located on the corner of Main and Water Sts., Toms River, New Jersey attempted to give Jack Terry, a Muslim, a terrorist pamphlet while two Ocean county sheriff department vehicles were in close proximity. August 17, 2026: received an cellphone call impersonating Jack Terry’s aunt who is nearly 100 years old, with information that his father is in the hospital and in need of a kidney. This is a lie. (Sidebar: My Aunt)
August 22, 2026: Ocean county library staff orchestrates a human collision to get Terry banned from the library for three months
September 3, 2026: Jack Terry travels to the Lakewood public library and discovers he has 16 subscribers to his YouTube channel, CFS BlackBook, LiveFeed who have not made their profiles public. SEcret profiles that monitor other profiles is a law enforcement action
