Barnabus Behavioral Health & the Toms River police department
Background
The following information is based upon detailed, firsthand knowledge gained from being an "in‑law" and closely involved with the Clyburn family since 1985. These facts and circumstances were relied upon by the Toms River Police Department when they arrested and involuntarily committed Jack Terry to a mental health facility in August of 2025, and again in August of 2026, alleging that Jack Terry posed a threat and danger to self and others, was hallucinating, and the like.
July 2025, Jack Terry amended cfslivefeed.org by posting information concerning self‑proclaimed reverend Donnie Clyburn. Clyburn operates a church located in the Whitesville strip mall at 2119 Whitesville Rd, Toms River, NJ, and is married to self‑proclaimed pastor Yolanda D. Clyburn, who is also known as Yolanda Akana.
The Path of Life website mentions Donnie started out in the New Hope Baptist Church. It does not note that the church was located in Manitou Park, South Tom’s River, NJ. The South Tom’s River community is aware that the Clyburns have not been associated with the New Hope Baptist Church since the early 1990s. Donnie asserts he was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church before joining the Path of Life ministries, where he met the self‑proclaimed pastor, Jesse Rhines.
According to the website, Donnie inherited the Path of Life church from Jesse Rhines. The website does not mention that Mr. Rhines is Donnie Clyburn's uncle, his mother’s brother. This omission may be intended to hide the fact that Donnie raped his first cousin, Christina Rhines, Jesse Rhines' daughter, when she was only 12 years old. She later gave birth to Travis. Whether Donnie forced himself on her or whether Jesse Rhines permitted him to have sex with Christina, the outcome is the same: a child victim was abused beginning when she was 12 years old. Before Chrissy was 15, he raped her again, and she later gave birth to Marcellus. According to the Clyburn family, they say Donnie claimed he did not know Chrissy was his first cousin when he had sex with her at the time Marcellus was conceived.
In other words, Donnie had been unaware that the uncle who had mentored him in the church actually had a daughter.
The five children that Yolanda is claiming to be the mother of may actually be the offspring of underage women, since Yolanda is barren and therefore cannot biologically have children.
Toms River police
The August 2025 cfslivefeed.org website urged the Ocean county prosecutor’s office to investigate Donnie Clyburn for raping his cousin, Chrissy. CFS LiveFeed posited that, because the family effectively "explained away" the birth of Marcellus—thereby implicitly admitting that Donnie had sexual relations with a minor—that admission alone provided sufficient probable cause to perform DNA testing on his wife, Yolanda, to determine whether she is indeed the mother of Marcellus as alleged, or whether his mother is actually Chrissy. The age of Marcellus will pinpoint when Donnie engaged in sexual activity with Chrissy. That fact, together with the widely known fact that Yolanda is barren, creates probable cause to DNA-test all five children to establish that Yolanda is not the biological mother of any of them. At that point, it falls to Yolanda, as a matter of conscience to disclose the names and identities of the young girls her husband raped.
On August 16, 2025, Jack Terry shared the CFS LiveFeed website (the above information) with a man named Danny, who was a volunteer at the Jon Bongiovi kitchen that was located inside the Ocean County library, Tom's River, NJ.
On August 19, 2025, Jack Terry was arrested after threatening Danny, the volunteer, via email. Instead of being charged with a criminal offense, he was transported to the emergency room at Community Medical Center hospital in Toms River, where he was held and then involuntarily committed to the Barnabas Behavioral Health mental health facility in Lakewood, NJ.
While in Barnabus, Jack Terry was forcibly medicated on two occasions. The doctors claimed that the Toms River police department believed Jack Terry posed a threat to Donnie Clyburn, and that he was experiencing hallucinations and publishing fabricated information about the Clyburn family on his website, CFS LiveFeed.
When Jack Terry returned from California in June 2026, he messaged South Toms River police department detective Jack Sayegh, informing him about the problems he experienced in Los Angeles and expressing his hope that similar situations would not be duplicated in New Jersey.
On August 5, 2025, South Toms River police, Sgt. Jack Sayegh, arranged for Jack Terry to be arrested by the Toms River police and involuntarily committed to the Barnabas Behavioral Health mental health facility on the premise that his emails were "concerning." While at Barnabas, Jack Terry was forcibly medicated; when he later awoke he discovered three fresh needle marks—one on his left foot and one on each leg near the Achilles tendon. While asleep or passed out from medication, Jack terry was injected with an unknown substance.
