On November 21, 2025, the above black pouch was found by the Venice Beach library security guard, but it was not returned to Jack Terry. library. It contained, among other things, a NJ driver’s license and three debit cards (Chime, Venmo, and CashApp). The library security guard did not know he was being recorded. The question is clear: “If you saw me wrap up my phone cords and put them in the bag, what did I do with the bag?”. The officer said, “I don’t know.”
After walking away and sitting in silence, two LA police officers insist on characterizing Terry’s behavior as hostile, aggressive, etc.
The same black police officer above is the same black police officer who harassed days earlier, waiting until it began to rain to order him to move his tent.
