The circumstances began when an officer stationed at an army base (Ft. Rucker, Dothan, Alabama) sent pictures of himself in women’s lingerie, heels, and lipstick, and looking for “Ms. Peggy”. When he did not meet with “Ms. Peggy”, this captain became so enraged and infuriated, that he hatched a plan to frame the CEO of CFS BlackBook for domestic terrorism or to be killed in a “Jordan Neeley” style killing, or to commit murder as a homeless man suffering from mental illness (Ramon Rivera).
This website is free speech, and is intended to present a claim upon which civil relief can be granted, as an invitation to civil litigation attorney’s who may be interested in representing CFS in a civil action for damages in the way of settlement without the need for a civil trial or lengthy discovery.
