In the two videos below, you will see a white homeless man pause when he notices Jack Terry approaching and light a cigarette — a signal to the black female Ocean county library employee that Jack Terry is nearby. You will then see that black woman hasten to intercept Jack Terry, but she is unsuccessful because jack terry changed his direction and entered the library via another entrance. Undeterred, in the next clip she and a security guard cross Jack Terry’s path with blank, unseeing expressions, as if Jack Terry is not there. This attempt is similar in principal to the human collision attempt that was recorded on Los Amgeles (Who is she?)
