After a security guard at the Aviation Blvd Metro train station alleged Terry “came at him” with a knife, Terry was chased onto the train tracks by a group of Metro security guards. Terry jumped off the train platform to escape a physical altercation with the pursuing security officers. While fleeing from security, he was then sprayed with mace as he ran out onto Aviation Blvd.
But the real issue is how traffic was stopped on Aviation Blvd. in both directions. Terry’s life was never in danger of being hit by traffic. Authorities with the ability to view the CCTV footage on the above date and time are invited to do so, if only to determine who exercised authority to stop traffic on Aviation Blvd.
