Amfibiyan was chased onto the tracks by Metro security following a security guard allegation that Amfibiyan had “came at him” with a knife.  The LA Metyro CCTV revealed the security guard was lying. The mace was fake and the traffic on Aviation Blvd. was stopped before Amfibiyan ran out into the highway. We believe this elaborate ruse orchestrated for the purpose of shifting the responsibility of payment or compensation onto LA Metro, since LA police at he scene were very emphatic that Amfibiyan sue LA Metro. 

Amfibiyan refused to blame the LA Metro security guards because it could lead to their being terminated from their employment and they have families.
