After a security guard at the Aviation Blvd Metro train station alleged Terry “came at him” with a knife, terry was xhased onto the train tracks by a group of Metro security guards.

Terry jumped off the train platform to escape a physical altercation with the security guards. But, while running away from security, he was maced as he ran onto Aviation Blvd.

The LA police department who responded, despite reviewing the CCTV footage and determining that he did not have a knife or a confrontation with the complaining security guard, to the scene said Metro security guards were acting in performance of their duties when they maced Terry as he was fleeing from them.

But the real issue is how traffic was stopped on Aviation Blvd. in both directions. Terry’s life was never in danger of being hit by traffic. Authorities with the ability to view the CCTV footage on the above date and time are invited to do so, if only to determine who exercised authority to stop traffic on Aviation Blvd.
