Attempted aggravated assault with a motor vehicle
This video was taken at the corner of 6th and Hope in Downtown Los Angeles, California. You will see a burgundy minivan waiting until Terry attempts to cross the street, then maneuver to cut him off. There were times when cars came so close they ran over Terry’s feet. In response, Terry smashed sideview mirrors and windshields — one particular car ended up with four flat tires, a busted windshield, and both sideview mirrors hanging by their wires. That damaged vehicle belonged to the parents of one of the college intern students.
On January 3, 2026, Terry caused damage to a Ford pick up truck, at around 3am in the morning. The truck was driven by a college student apart of the intern program at USC. The lease agreement was paid for by the Army (Case# 26ACRF000475, May 7, 2026, Los Angeles County).
For confirmation, contact Carla Casillas Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office, 11701 S. This is a “heads up” to the Toms River police department and the Ocean County prosecutor. The vehicles that drive at, cut off, or surveil will be vandalized in the same manner as they were vandalized in California.
