By August 2016, Terry — a self-taught computer program designer — had begun collecting data to construct an automated sex-offender fugitive-location system. To do this, Terry catfished a range of sexual profiles to identify the keywords and phrases that attract distinct kinds of sexual profiles. On July 24, 2016, a captain stationed at a nearby army base responded to a CFS BlackBook ad posted on Craigslist, and sent compromising photographs of himself dressed in women's lingerie, wearing heels and lipstick, and wanting to be pegged by a drug addict for $20. Fearing Terry would expose him, the captain arranged to have someone sent to silence him. Instead, the person they sent to kill Terry unexpectedly became his friend.
During the same period, Terry uncovered information about a living room church run by a self‑proclaimed pastor whose congregation consisted solely of women and children. The fake Dothan pastor and the army captain — both terrified of Terry — told Homeland Security that Terry, a Muslim, was a potential terrorist. When that claim proved false, Homeland Security nonetheless used him as a pretext to carry out a raid on a mosque based on fabricated suspicions. After one Las Vegas mosque was falsely accused and targeted, Terry once more stood up and told the truth.
Now the plan is to use him to play a part or a role in something so stupid and demeaning that it’s insulting, and would inspire nothing but full-blown contempt for law enforcement. In the videos you will see the deliberate use of homeless drug addicts, black security guards and Los Angeles black officers - who are nothing but scapegoats holding the bag when it all goes wrong. You will see people signaling others to collide with Terry as he is walking. You will see cars deliberately waiting until he steps into the street to cut him off, nearly hitting him.
If the incidents were not recorded, then at first mention Terry would likely be dismissed as delusional, hallucinating, or otherwise unreliable.
