The Helpers
The Helpers are persons with jobs, reputations, and families who aided and assisted BCI in their efforts. We encourage real law enforcement officers to touch base with them. This page will be updated as we add more of those who have helped BCI during the nine year BCI real world testing ordeal.
The Veteran’s group
The most recent group was the veterans group. Amfibiyan is not a veteran that is eligible for veteran services; he does not have military time beyond basic and advanced individual training. This is evident on his DD-214. However, they approached him with an opportunity to get housing by offering a security deposit for an apartment. They placed the Imaam in a hotel for the application process. He was living in a tent in the woods before they came. For 45 days, Amfibiyan was in a hotel and preparing for an apartment - which they said would be available -after August 6, 2025. On August 4, 2025, Tabitha called and informed he was being denied the security deposit because he was not enrolled in a mental health treatment program and taking psychotropic medications. Then, another agent - Keira - called and told him he was being denied due to his criminal history. Both reasons are discriminatory and actionable under Title 42, section 1983 (discrimination on the basis of mental illness or prior criminal history).
So, a veteran’s group knew they could not issue a security deposit to a non veteran but feigned instituting a process for same, only to snatch it away at the last minute on reasons that could bring about an award in a civil action for damages. Most of his belongings had to be left behind when he was escorted from the hotel by the Galloway Twp. police department, who came at 11:45 AM to rush him to check out and be off the premises by 12PM or be arrested for trespassing. He left with his art portfolio, his artist’s chair, and a knapsack of his books. Later that night, someone stole his artist portfolio. It is August 17, 2025 and Amfibiyan has been sleeping outside since August 4, 2025, has less than .90 cents on his EBT card, and his SSI has been suspended. If people with jobs, reputations and families can violate the law in this way then they were encouraged by those who are able to absolve them.

The above women may to fall back on Amfibiyan’s mental health diagnosis and baseless accusations tending to suggest he is in need of treatment. They only proof of “mental illness” is in the self serving statements of those who have jobs, reputations and families, not an actual event that any of them could point to that would indicate a psychotic episode.
Michael Burns
Micheal Burns of the Bandi Property Group was encouraged to defraud Amfibiyan of his $1200 security deposit. Monique Thaxton was released from jail and within two weeks, Amfibiyan was arrested for the 18th time for beating her at knife point and holding her hostage. He was released after 60 days. The arrest came right when the lease was going to be finalized on the apartment with Burns (i.e., another opportunity snatched away at the last minute). Amfibiyan contacted Burns from the Atlantic county jail requesting the security deposit be sent to a friend. Mr. Burns wrote back and declined, telling him he would only release the security deposit to him. When Amfibiyan was released, Burns claimed the Amfibiyan owed him for rent because he couldn’t rent the place while the he was in jail (??). But he gave the Imaam $400 to “help him” when he got out of jail.
On August 8, 2025, someone from Mr. Burns’s office gave Amfibiyan a letter from the Bandi property group files showing that he was owed $1200. The employee explained that he should not have accepted any money towards a one-year lease agreement because the property was in the process of being sold and he knew Amfibiyan was going to be evicted within 45 days after signing a lease with Michael Burns. It was a letter Amfibiyan never seen but it is a letter stating the Bandi property group was attempting to contact Amfibiyan to return his security deposit, On September 7, 2024.
So even without BCI, Mr. Burns already decided to commit fraud and steal from Amfibiyan. Consequently, there are four tenants who were evicted after Burns accepted security deposits. These are crimes committed with law enforcement approval. Period.
