This page is for those who have access to criminal information databases to verify the information as given below using SBI#:532844B. Amfibiyan, first, had to be made to appear violent, prone to possess weapons, drug addicted and homeless.
Weapons
October 2016: an arrest warrant was issued for possession of a handgun and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, out of Gulfport, MS. The charge is still pending. Mississippi criminal procedure, however, requires prosecution to commence within two (2) years of arrest or institution of prosecution, even if the defendant is not in custody. Learn more. Amfibiyan was never arrested with a handgun. (The charge was used as a pretext to make requests under the Patriot Act and 24 hour surveillance authorizations. He has no privacy, not even when showering, using the bathroom or in times of intimacy. If someone placed a hidden camera in a woman’s bathroom they would be charged with a crime. However, because Amfibiyan is black, homeless, and characterized as a drug addict with mental illness, it is not considered a sex crime.)
October 2017: South Plainfield, Middlesex county New Jersey: Amfibiyan was again, arrested for domestic violence (beating and kidnapping a woman at knife point and holding her hostage). CCTV footage from his employer proved he was innocent. However, he was approached by Homeland Security and offered a “deal”: enter into a cooperation agreement with Homeland security in order to be released. They said the wanted to work with him (CFS BlackBook) but they needed a criminal conviction to do so (??). Amfibiyan was released from jail after 46 days, under the agreement.
Performance under the agreement was for Amfibiyan to locate terrorist in the United States, if they existed. The ones he located were those who were actually planted by the FBI in Muslim masjids to attempt to engage them in conversation about jihad in America, and then use that as a pretext to raid a masjid. Initially, Amfibiyan took it serious until a masjid was surrounded and raided by federal authorities in Las Vegas on the aforementioned basis. After that, Amfibiyan refused to perform under the agreement. He was arrested and jailed for violating the agreement, and served 9 months. From October 2017 to September 2023, Amfibiyan was arrested more than 15 times for beating the same woman at knife point and holding her hostage, as a part of her cooperation agreement.

The above was established to make it appear as if Amfibiyan would be a viable candidate for “BCI testing”. But its all false.
We think Amfibiyan is being loaned or leased to colleges as a BCI training module. The colleges are unaware that this is happening without his consent. They do not know they are aiding and abetting a conspiracy to push Amfibiyan to violence.
To be continued
