This is not a wild conspiracy theory or rambling diatribe. The videos posted here and on our YouTube channel, CFS Black book LiveFeed are unedited and real. They show the use of students, women, children, gays and transvestites - so-called political minorities - being put in situations where they are being told to interact with someone who has exploded in violence in response to the behavior they are being sent with.
Why? One prevailing theory is that if BCI technology is going to be for public use then it has to be tested for possible malfunctions, side effects, etc., to develop appropriate trouble shooting protocols. Real world testing of this technology IS NOT yet regulated by law or congressional oversight. Testing of this nature would not be permitted by law because it is a commission of numerous crimes, including criminal sexual contact and conspiracy to commit murder.
In the context of testing to develop technology that could prevent anger and thus, violence, the idea is to antagonized to the point of anger, in order to get the anger BCI readings, in the hopes of developing a frequency that will be able to direct the anger “energy” into a positive action.
So, if using Venice library security and LA police officers to steal his property and feeble attempt to goad him into an angry response, this obviously was not counted as a success for the BCI system then the intended goal must be violence.
There is a dual purpose of for violence as a goal. One, is to develop BCI implants that can actually defend against violent attackers automatically (Matrix?) just like a self driving vehicle. The second is to develop an “off” switch to anger, I.e., actually remove anger or totally suppress the emotion altogether. You’s have to listen to Amfibiyan to realize the danger.
But we need your help. If Amfibiyan is slow to anger and violence then perhaps they are counting his natural disposition as proof their technology is working. We think this is why he is being loaned out to different colleges and classes as a training module. These children are not aware he almost killed someone in July 2025. They are not aware he broke someone's nose as recent as December 20, 2025. They are not aware that he has been implanted without his consent.
We believe the colleges and parents need to be aware. While understand and comprehend the sacrifices that had to be made to develop a safe BCI implantation system, and we understand why someone would think anger can be controlled by a computer (mind control, brainwashing), and while we respect that someone may have perceived in him the strength and courage cloth Amfiobiyan is cut from, he is 55 years old, and tired. It has been ten years. Not ten days.
How can you help?
Any attempts to email or call him will be prevented by the “testers”. Your email will return “undeliverable” and you calls will be directed elsewhere. You can help him by sharing this website with colleges, high schools, and concerned parents. The police are not going to help.
You can help by calling the Bank of America, located on Winward Avenue, Venice Beach, CA and ask the bank manager about the ATMs that were destroyed and what they were told. Amfibiyan emailed the bank manager his contact information and told him where he could be found. We believe that email was diverted to the bank manager’s spam folder.
We encourage you to share this website with the media, especially KNX. They interviewed Amfibiyan (live) regarding homelessness in Venice Beach, CA in October 2025. They were very impressed with his baritone voice.

In a nut shell, he was implanted with technology without his consent as an act of revenge. He was not supposed to survive ten years so-called mental health testing. The implants are permanent. He was supposed to die or be imprisoned for life to cover up their crimes.
