Assignment of power of attorney

IN RE: POWER OF ATTORNEY ASSIGNMENT TO JAMES ERNEST WIBURN, FATHER OF JACKIE ALLEN TERRY
I, Jackie Allen Terry, identified by SBI#532844B, being of full age, says:
That I am suffering physical changes in certain areas of my body such as my lower back. At this time the back muscles on the left are pushing against my spine, causing my pain.
That I am suffering physical changes to my right chest. At this time the area below my right collar bone is indented and painful to the touch. This pain can be felt behind my right shoulder blade.
That my eyes are brown with redness due to blown blood vessels.
My urine alternates from dark red to lemonade yellow two or three times a day, depending on my physical activity.
My left lower back is starting to stiffen, affecting my left hip. The same occurred to the right side last month.
My knees are sore under the kneecap.
My shins burn and itch.
My calves are sore in specific areas but the areas are identical. In fact, it seems like if an injury or discomfort occurs on the left, for example, the same thing will happen on the right. Consequently, there are sores from shoulder to ankle that are identical in size and are in the same areas.
That these sores can be seen on my website - cfslivefeed.org/under-armor - across my thr top of my back.
That my left shoulder blade was itching so bad that I asked someone on January 25, 2025 to take a picture. This picture can be seen on cfslivefeed.org/under-armor.
My body, upper torso, itches to the point that I wake up with fresh scratches.
The big toe and middle toe of both feet burn, itch or I get sharp pains in the joints.
That in November 2017 I entered into a cooperation agreement with Homeland Security.
That this cooperation agreement was based on a plea bargain.
That this plea bargain was based on false allegations of domestic violence - that I beat a woman at knife point and held her hostage.
That video footage from my place of employment proved the charges were false.
That the Middlesex county prosecutor’s office was in possession of the video but I eas not released from the Middlesex county jail because the appointed counsel explained Homeland Security wanted to “meet with me”.
That an agent whom I recall is named “Tim” visited me along with another agent. They asked me if I would be willing to look for terrorist in this country.
They explained that they needed a criminal conviction in order to offer him a cooperation agreement.
That the woman who reported the incident was under cooperation agreement and was a paid informant.
That despite being blatantly set up by Homeland Security, I agreed and signed an agreement to help them locate terrorist.
After signing the agreement, in August 2019, an RFID implant was removed from my left arm, in Los Angeles, CA - I forget which hospital.
That I did not enter any contractual agreement with Homeland Security that involved physical changes to my body.
That I believe these physical changes are occuring because the whatever is causing the changes is malfunctioning.
That no one is openly claiming responsibility for the implantations that are causing these changes or ownership for the technology.
That the videos posted to the website, CFS LiveFeed and to the YouTube channel CFS BlackBook LIVEFEED, which were recorded and posted by Jackie Allen Terry, demonstrate coordination, orchestration and planning by unknown parties to maintain a wireless and/or bluetooth connection with the implantation discovered via x-ray, MRI, or body scan.
That on January 18, 2026, I decided to find help and treatment.
This statement of assignment of power of attorney over my affairs immediately to my father James Ernest Wiburn, Gulfport Mississippi.
That Jackie Allen Terry is not making a claim or right to proceeds or profits gained from the illegal implantation, nor does he claim a right to the proceeds gain via third party contracts.
The assignment grants power to make decisions regarding medical treatment, surgeries, therapies, medications and continuing aftercare as I believe surgery is necessary to remove what can be removed.
If there is any dispute or opposition to this assignment of power of attorney and ownership over the implantation discovered via x-ray, MRI, or body scan the opposing party must provide documentation such as contractual agreements or consents knowingly signed by Jackie Allen Terry, along with a 1099 tax forms indicating Terry was compensated for implantation and use.
The documents mentioned above paragraph (18) must be presented immediately following discovery via x-ray, MRI, or body scan or before discovery.
That the right to power of attorney will transfers to a wife who then assumes the same full ownership, responsibility and decision making as the holder of the power of attorney represented by the law office, and ownership, licensing agreements are her’s as dowry, insha Allaah. wallaahu musta’aan.
That in making this assignment, I am of sound mind, body and physical health. I am not being threatened or coerced. I am not delusional or hallucinogenic.
I hereby certify that the foregoing made by me are true. I further certify that if any of ,the foregoing is willfully false I am subject to punishment.
