Under guise of signing a cooperation agreement with Homeland Security as a paid confidential informant to locate terrorist in the United States, Amfibiyan was duped into signing an agreement to participate in real world brain computer interface testing of stress (homelessness), mental health disorders (anger/violence); substance abuse; and how the technology can be controlled and used for wireless violence. Testing these four areas is made possible by using Amfibiyan as a training module for colleges, high schools, and homeland security’s training of field agents, without Amfibiyan’s consent.
The above testing is conducted by manipulating circumstances (gas-lighting) that are calculated to trigger anger to encourage crack cocaine use. Amfibiyan self medicates with crack cocaine to extinguish anger. He may use at the time of extreme anger and will be able to sleep within 15 minute after use, for no less than 9 hours, straight. Amfibiyan’s testing, therefore, was to trigger his anger to see just how much crack cocaine he would consume. The automatically suggests that but for the testing, Amfibiyan would not use drugs; walk with anger or be homeless.
The testing sought to mimic or imitate the frequency of his anger to see if the synthetic anger would induce drug use. The following is what occurred:

November 10-25, 2025:
The test is to agitate Amfibiyan, consistently, for the two weeks preceding reception of his monthly direct deposit (on or about the 25th of every month). The goal is to make him angry enough to use drugs when he has money. If he does not use, then the testers may consider that a plus on their part. If he does use, then they still consider it a plus if he does not use as much as he did before. But again, this suggests that, but for the testing Amfibiyan would not use drugs at all.
Amfibiyan woke up to two ounces of marijuana missing from his tent. Then he walked to the bus stop and the bus driver waited until he was about to board, closed the door and pulled away. Immediately following, a black Los Angeles born male (i.e., he is proud to represent ignorance and calling himself a “real nigger”) who was waiting at the bus stop and made absolutely no attempt to get on the bus, tried to instigate a fight over some imagined concept of “disrespect”. Then Amfibiyan realized the bag holding his marijuana also held his last cellphone. Without the phone, he could not access his account online with the storage unit to make a payment. Consequently, he had to empty the unit, and move. Already angry, he felt something entirely different than himself. It was the computer interface, but it did not increase his anger. It was a head rush that released dopamine and made him dizzy; feel an “energized” sensation throughout his body and actually made him “think” he was angry (“synthetic anger”). At that precise moment, they sent someone to antagonize him but had the police parked down the street, just in case violence erupted (traffic cam, Rose Ave. and 3rd St., Venice beach, CA).
The above occurred before 9:00 am., that Tuesday morning.
It is believed that Amfibiyan is being leased or loaned out to colleges and classes for internship field training, to gain an experience of working with BCI technology in a real world setting. We believe these colleges are not told that Amfibiyan did not consent to being a test subject, nor is he being compensated, and that the end for him was prison or death. If this were legitimate, authorized and approved testing with regulation and oversight, then the testing would have ended at the first act of vandalism in January 2025 (Brooklyn, NY), or after someone was beaten nearly to death in Lakewood, NJ, July 2025.

A better candidate for this kind of testing would have been someone who was addicted to methamphetamine, a bigger drug problem than crack cocaine. With regard to mental illness, a better candidate would have been someone who suffered the approved list of disorders that can be tested (stress, depression, anxiety). Not anger, whose testing will result in violence and/or vandalism. But someone is being told the results of this test are favorable, and they are lying.
