Amfibiyan caught one of the homeless men that Homeland Security may use to instigate disturbances. Instead of violence, he talked to him sternly and let him go. Some three hours later, the homeless man returned with an apology, explaining that “big brother” told him to do it. This video is being posted for those who disbelieve that homelands security is manipulating situations calculated to bring about violence or death.
