Restitution hearing - Returnable: September 11, 2026

Please accept this letter in lieu of a formal motion. A restitution hearing is scheduled for September11, 2026. Appointed counsel Carla Casillas is appearing on my behalf and has received this letter via email; the assistant district attorney has received a copy via email although it is hoped Ms. Casillas would forward her copy to the assistant district attorney of record.

If it please the court, I need to be heard:

Having full knowledge of the circumstances, I first thank the court and the Los Angeles district attorney’s office for the courtesy I was shown on May 7, 2026, and the fact I am not being required to appear at the restitution hearing to assume payment responsibility. I do not know the identity or identities of those who are appearing before you to assume said responsibility. I understand I was asked not to attend so as to maintain their anonymity.  On May 7, 2026, this court imposed a period of 5 years’ probation against circumstances which, in this case, are represented by the above referenced case files, inter alia. For reasons explained herein below, I am requesting that the court stipulate or add as a condition of probation an order preventing my association with the person or persons standing in responsibility to pay restitution demanded by the above referenced matters, on the basis that that association resulted in criminal charges. An order in this regard should extend to any restitution order imposed under the above referenced case numbers, to prevent the ones standing in responsibility at the September 11, 2026 restitution hearing from having any contact with me, and that I be provided with their identities so as to properly seek an order of protection here in New Jersey.

I take the position that this court, the Los Angeles district attorney’s office and assigned counsel Carla Casillas (collectively, Los Angeles) were not fully informed of what transpired ten years ago that ultimately led to the criminal offenses occurring in Los Angeles. The court may not be aware that I was arrested for a crime CCTV video proved I did not commit, in October of 2017 (Keith Abrams, assistant prosecutor, Middlesex county NJ, Accusation number). During my confinement in the Middlesex county jail I was approached by two men who introduced themselves as homeland security agents. They led me to believe I was entering into a cooperation agreement with homeland security as a paid informant, but this turned out to be as absolutely false. My entering into a cooperation agreement with homeland security was discussed in open court and is known by my then attorney, appointed counsel Lindsay Gargano (Middlesex County public defender’s office). For a more detailed explanation please visit cfslivefeed.org  Thus, the court may not be aware that I was deceived into believing I was going to be a paid informant (deception). It is apparent by resolution of the issues that it is known that I am physically augmented with technology, and that that technology was put to criminal use by the ones who are being required to appear in responsibility before the court on September 11, 2026 (labor). This restitution hearing also represents that I was put to use without compensation, while others are being compensated for their loss or losses. Hence, what the restitution hearing really represents is proof that they are responsible for employing me for criminal use, after I was deceived into believing I was being recruited to be a paid informant under the auspices of homeland security. These are the three elements of human labor trafficking.  The court, therefore, is not aware that when it released me from custody on May 7, 2026 that it released me back into the control of human labor traffickers, as represented by the ones required to appear before this court on September 11, 2026. In New Jersey since June 2026; there has already been damage to a white SUV - possibly a Lincoln navigator; a gold minivan; I’ve been hit by one of their vehicles; been arrested and involuntarily committed into a psyche ward when I tried to seek a lawyer for help; and punched three people in the face. So it seems that they have not abandoned the agenda or vicariously committing criminal offenses, and then relying on their professional “clout” to avoid prosecution.
