Chronological History

The following is a list of chronological events which can be verified via the court records as referenced below.

  • July 23, 2016: a man responded to a CFS ad posted in the then personals section of Craigslist, sending photographs of himself dressed in women’s lingerie, high heels, lipstick, and wanting to pay a woman to use a ten inch black dildo on him.

  • August 1, 2016: a business license that was filed on July 31, 2015 was renamed CFS BlackBook”.

  • October 2016: arrested, Dothan, AL (domestic violence)

  • October 13, 2016: charged with weapons out of Gulfport, MS. click here for audio version.

  • October 2017: arrested (domestic violence)

  • October - December 12, 2017 (Middlesex County jail, New Brunswick, NJ): visited by men who impersonated homeland security (audio version)(deceptive recruitment)

  • February 2018: Sentence and probationary terms of cooperation agreement

  • November 2018: Extradition

  • June 2019: confined in Middlesex County jail

  • November 2019: Las Vegas, NV - thwarted attempt to make is appear is as if Jack terry was recruiting Black Muslims for domestic terrorism (audio) version

  • October 2020: arrested, Atlantic County, NJ (Walgreen’s, first video evidence of actual use of the technology for violence

  • August 2025: Elizabeth police officer does not report a vehicle accident Jack Terry was involved in

  • August 2025 - Barnabus Behavioral Health, Ocean County, NJ

  • January 3, 2026: arrested, Los Angeles

  • January 2026: thwarted attempt to make it appear as if Jack terry was planning to bomb the Wilshire Western train station in Hollywood, CA.

  • January 2026: recorded an attempt to use the Hollywood courthouse to enter a judgement of incompetency - video version

  • February 3, 2026: arrested and taken to surgery, Southern California hospital, Los Angeles

  • March 3, 2026: arrested and suspected of causing more than $250K in property and leased vehicle damage and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, causing grave bodily injury.

    • Sentence: May 7, 2026: released after serving 66 days in the Los Angeles county jail - “time served”
