On July 28, 2025, CFS began investigating the Pathway of Life Ministries by Google search.

Sunday, August 3, 2025 a black SUV, in a line of cars traveling at more than 30 mph, was struck by the Imaam in the area of Route 30 and Haddon Avenue, Galloway, New Jersey. The driver of the car did not get out of the SUV and was not upset that the imaam struck the passenger side panel of the vehicle. The Imaam called the police; the car fled. In other words, the Imaam committed a crime and waited for the police but the victim of the crime, the car he damaged, fled.

Monday, August 4, 2025: the Imaam was manipulated into picking up a car belonging to someone supposedly jailed on child support. The above vehicle cut the Imaam off and stopped short, causing damage to the right front panel of the black SUV he was driving - similar in style and body to the black SUV that the Imaam damaged. The Imaam was not charged with causing an automobile accident. He was charged with using a cellphone while driving. The above driver was not charged with anything at all.

After the accident, the Imaam’s cellphone went black. Homeland security was monitoring his phone under the Patriot Act during the time the Imaam uncovered proof of child molestation and rape in the clyburn churches. If the wiretaps were legal then the evidence could have been used in a court of law, and they could have launched an investigation into the army base and the fake churches. This would only possible if the Imaam agreed to the wiretap of his cellphone. They chose to terminate cellphone surveillance but needed proof of the last time the Imaam had a cellphone - August 4, 2025, 12:18 PM Consequently, the Imaam elected to not get a cellphone until the investigation into the fake clyburn churches is completed.
