If someone comes to you and tells you I should be ignored, get curious. I am too low on the economic totem pole for someone with a salaried law enforcement position to be concerned about. I am not a terrorist; I am not violent; and I am not a woman beater. And I am far from crazy. So when you get the call, and you will, because they are just that paranoid and stupid, get curious and help me. They should have just taken the advice I gave them and left me alone.
Let’s be clear, I just wanted to be able to hug my daughter because she had been quiet for more than 24 years and no one acknowledged her. But, I am under 24 hour surveillance, including cellphone wiretaps, under the Patriot Act, pursuant to an outstanding Mississippi surrounding state only warrant. The warrant is to keep me out of the states surrounding Mississippi. My daughter was raped on an army base in Dothan, AL, arranged by her grandmother, a self proclaimed pastor of a living room church whose congregation is only women and children. She has been trafficking children for more than 30 years.
Her son, self proclaimed pastor in Toms River, NJ raped his 12 year old cousin who had a baby named Travis. Travis may be being paraded as the son of the self proclaimed pastor and the co-pastor wife and this may be what they told the Ocean county prosecutor to stop DNA testing. But this is a lie. Christina Rhines was raped by her cousin when she was 12 and he was an adult.
Now let’s be clear” in 2016 I just went to Dothan to get my daughter off of drugs and was prevented by a group of black women. This is what they do. So, I just accepted it and decided to wait my turn like all black men do, because if not, we are facing prison time or jail only because we want to have families and be fathers and husbands. I’m not even thinking about human trafficking. At the time, I was designing what eventually became an artificial intelligence policing system, i.e., a system that can police AI. I wasn’t even thinking about the captain I catfished or the creepy church. But in their paranoid guilt, someone decided to use the Patriot Act to justify constant surveillance.
I am not under surveillance because I am violent, or a terrorist or anything that would justify this government expense for nine straight years. I am being subject to surveillance because that army base where my daughter was raped and her grandmother, are afraid of me. And I am willing to bet that the ones who got together to make sure they can deny whatever happened after August 4, 2025, 12:18 PM are the ones who realized what their surveillance was really about and covered their asses with the motor vehicle accident, and I guarantee there are surveillance records ending on that date and time and a transfer to another detail.
I did not consent to being implanted with gadgets that can control my movements, either. Proof of such implantation in action can can be seen in the video here. So, the 24 hour surveillance under the Patriot Act is not because I am a terrorist or anything like that. No, its being used to monitor the aBCI implants.
The brain computer interface technology to make people think better or make better decisions. They may select, for example, persons diagnosed with mental illness for what they call “real world testing”. Someone with an anger disorder and has been so implanted with aBCI, the only way to test is to antagonize to the point of anger - in the hopes that the aBCI will be sufficient to prevent him from a violent explosion. The mistake in this reasoning is that anger that results from inability to interact in normal human conditions is not the same as anger that has been pent up over a period of time and is looking for a specific release (object of anger). In that case, whatever energy reading for anger the aBCI could interpret would not be able to interpret pent up anger as energy it would have to suppress. Consequently, the last week of June 2025, they sent someone to steal my debit card and my marijuana (my medication). When I found him, I body slammed him face first into the rail of the railroad tracks in Lakewood, NJ and commenced to stomping him into the stones and steel. Their gadgets could only knock me down but could not stop the onslaught or the force and strength of my blows. But for my childhood friend being there and hearing his voice, I would have killed him. And in the end, Homeland security gives me the thumbs up, a free ride home on the bus, and placed me in a hotel they paid for.
It makes no sense to have even went this far - nine years - trying make me angry enough to erupt in violence against innocent people and they have only succeeded three times when I didn’t have marijuana. This nine year surveillance has only been to make me look like a woman beater, for what? I am under 24 surveillance and they even know I am making this webpage and edit my website. Someone on that detail alerted the pastor pedophile to the keywords I was researching that indicated an invitation to child phonography and molestation that were present on his website. Those keywords and phrases were removed. No one knew what I was researching these terms except the surveillance team.

August 4, 2025, 12:16 PM: after a staged automobile accident the cellphone subject to surveillance is “blacked out”. In this way, the last date and time of cellphone surveillance is the charge for driving while using a cellphone, not for causing an accident while using a cellphone.
When I catfished the army captain in July 2016, I reverse traced the hack on my laptop and it came back to a Naval Intelligence base in Tennessee. At the time, I wondered why the Navy would be hacking me and I catfished a captain in the army.
When pastor pedophile changed his website, I wondered why my surveillance team would warn a child molester and it dawned on me that pastor pedophile - his niece Najah Clyburn - is in the Navy. And that’s when it became clear: tax dollars are being spent to kill me the moment I start talking about the fact of children being raped through her grandmother’s church. You can start with the fake surrounding state only warrant for my arrest out of Mississippi. I'm going to find an attorney to help me or the news because this is beyond pathetic.
I really don’t get it. I did not ask to be the one to expose you. I asked to be left alone. American people are already on the verge of distrust and contempt for law and now you come with a reason that’s going to cause social unrest - for what? And to actually abuse the process, violate rights, invade my privacy, commit crimes and fabricate fake charges and antagonize me for nine straight years - homeless and battling the elements and addiction and mental illness and threaten to kill me for speaking up, are you kidding me? Nine years of lying to keep a patriot act warrant going and all you got is real police coming to look for you to justify their funding and a reason for the Trump administration to take yours. Think about the jobs, reputations and families or your families, friends and colleagues being jeopardized because they trusted you in your applications under the Patriot Act. You trying to kill me is expected but all I ask is that you don’t send a drug addict or a homeless person to start an argument. Get out of your surveillance vehicle and face me. And if you win, do what I did when injured that guy on the tracks: wait for the police to come to take responsibility. Otherwise, be more concerned about the people coming to look for you for losing their funding.
